When the architect took the plans for the Karadag Mountain Mill to the authorities for approval they laughed and passed them back. They thought it was a joke. When he again passed them forward they enquired whether he knew a builder in Turkey who could build such a project? He said confidently, "Yes, we have one in Dalyan". Since then Naeim (we have nicknamed him Bob the Builder), the building Forman of our builder Oruc, has gone around with a smile on his face and pictures of Karadag Mill on his mobile phone. All the men who have been involved in its construction have taken a pride in it and people from the town who have heard have been to visit and view. There is not another villa in Dalyan, the county of Mugla and possibly even Turkey that is like it.
