We leave two mountain bikes in the villa which
guests are welcome to use.
The Karadag Mountain
Mill consists of 5 bedrooms, all en-suite, two large
living rooms and a kitchen/dining room. All living and bedrooms
have air-conditioning. Outside the kitchen has a patio for open air
eating with a beautiful large ash table. It seats 8 but a small
table & the 4 chairs from the kitchen can be added to provide
enough seating for all the family. The upstairs balconies provide
views of the mountains, fields and orange and lemon groves. There
is also a quiet reading place upstairs facing the mountain which,
in the evening, for that quiet night cap whilst star
watching.
The kitchen is fitted will all modern conveniences, dishwasher,
microwave, coffee filter, etc etc. In the basement there is a
utility room with two washing machines, iron, board etc there are
also shelves with clean towels. Towels and linen are provided. The
downstairs living room is equipped with Cable TV
.
The Bar area next to the pool
has a fridge for your beers, mixers and juice. Above it there's an
ice making machine and bar optics for the duty frees and an
adjacent wash basin. There is an abundance of plastic glasses which
provide safety next to the pool as glass is impossible to see in
water.
The CD player also has and MP3 fitment to play your personal
selection but there is an abundance of CD's left for guests to
use.
The BBQ can provide a great evening by the pool and there are
plenty of tables and chairs to use.
The grape vine over the top of the bar is now growing well and
is already providing sweet white grapes while the trees in the
orchard are now providing Pomegranates, lemons and oranges. Hope
fully the cherry, pear, peaches etc will be fruiting
soon.
